Company History

Darren Rose and Mark Tuck founded the company after having spent many years helping universities and not-for-profit institutions implement their administrative systems. Mr. Rose previously worked for KPMG Peat Marwick’s Higher Education Consulting practice, the University of Redlands, and in private industry, developing the business acumen for running a consulting business. Mr. Tuck previously worked for the University of Redlands and San Jose State University where he was responsible for evaluation, selection, and implementation of college and university information systems and improvements to operational processes. Aware of a growing need in Higher Education for assistance in process improvement and system implementation, in 1998, they decided to form the company to satisfy the needs of many more institutions. Their philosophy of hiring only the most knowledgeable and experienced consultants has helped the company to become an industry leader, with a reputation  built on providing quality services from the seasoned consultants in a timely fashion.
