Mr. Tuck
specializes in the evaluation, selection,
and implementation of college and university
information systems and improvements to
operational processes. His experience spans
many aspects of business system project
management for higher education, including
proposal development, software selection,
business process redesign, cross
organizational coordination and project
management, and application development.
Mr. Tuck has been a key speaker at
several conferences the Datatel User’s Group
and the California Association of College
and University Housing Officers. He has been
a spokesperson for the use of technology to
forward the mission of university housing
administration.
In addition, Mr. Tuck has been an active
attendee and participant in industry
conferences, seminars, workshops, and
institutes sponsored by Datatel Users Group,
Technical Datatel Users Group, CAUSE (the
Association for Managing and Using
Technology in Higher Education), CAUSE
Management Institute, American Management
Association, National Association of College
and University Business Officers
Re-Engineering Workshop, American College
and University Housing Officers, and SCT/IA
conferences for Financial and Student
Information Systems.
Prior to co-founding Rose & Tuck, Mr.
Tuck worked for the University of Redlands
and San Jose State University. Mr. Tuck
holds a Master’s Degree in Public
Administration from San Jose State
University.
